Today we are going to look at The Kissing Booth by Beth Reekles. A lot of people know The Kissing Booth from the hit Netflix movies. But it actually got its start on Wattpad in 2011 when Reekles was just fifteen years old. The Kissing Booth follows Elle Evans during her junior year of high school. Her and best friend, Lee, decide to do a kissing booth for the school fundraising carnival. At the carnival, Elle ends up kissing Lee's older brother Noah which creates a whole lot of chaos. This is beautiful novel about the joys and perils of high school and being seventeen years old. It is fun and playful and a quick read, but totally worth the read.
